Climate therapy at the German Medical Center

The clinic of the German Medical Center (open Sun.-Fri.) specializes in highly effective therapies for curing skin diseases, respiratory diseases and rheumatism. The DMZ is located in the hotel Lot in Ein Bokek and is recognized as an inpatient rehabilitation facility according to § 107 SGB V with a supply contract and remuneration agreement according to § 111 SGB V. German-speaking doctors and specialists from the fields of dermatology, rheumatology and pneumology take care of your lasting healing process with natural healing methods using the region's specific resources (sea water, salt, sea mud, air). In addition, a medical emergency service is available around the clock.

Recommendations

After consultation with your doctor, you should stop taking medications in good time before the start of the cure, unless they are absolutely necessary. Ointments containing cortisone should be discontinued at least 4 weeks before the start of the cure, and tablets containing cortisone should continue to be taken until the examination and discussion with the doctor at the start of the cure. Please bring a detailed report from your treating physician to the initial examination, as well as all ointments and medications you are using and any diet plans.
