The new MY MAYR MED Resort (opening around the end of March 2023), created in a contemporary ambiance for pleasure and relaxation, is quietly located in the town, only about 300m from the Rottal Spa.

Bad Birnbach is nestled in gentle hills between Rott and Inn, in a magical landscape - the Bavarian Tuscany. A healthy place and a healthy environment are the foundation for your treatment.

The Original MY MAYR Cuisine is a completely dietary nutrition featuring seasonal, regional, and organic products. Based on the F.X. Mayr principle, delicious, easily digestible alkaline light meals are served according to an individual dietary plan. The doctor takes into account essential nutritional therapeutic principles, such as carbohydrate and gluten reduction and any personal intolerances.
Chewing training and a decelerated enjoyment of eating improve digestive performance, sensitize the natural feeling of satiety, and support a healthy diet. The transition from treatment to everyday life is supported by the gentle detox diet. This diet allows you to preserve the health benefits gained from the treatment and gradually reintroduce your digestion to a diverse diet. A digestion-friendly and high-quality diet after the treatment does not mean deprivation – but primarily maintaining the newly acquired eating habits consciously. In doing so, the taste of good food is experienced anew.

The MY MAYR MED Center is led by specialists in orthopaedics, osteopathy, general medicine (President of the International Society of Mayr Physicians) and holistic F.X. Mayr medicine, TCM. Advanced diagnostics including muscle function tests, laboratory tests, ultrasound, X-ray, heart rate variability measurement, ECG/echocardiography, psychological testing methods, 3D body scan analysis.

Indications: Fatigue, sleep disorders, osteoarthritis, overweight, digestive and metabolic disorders, spinal diseases, skin problems.

For your health and well-being! The Austrian doctor Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr recognized the intestine as the "root system" of humans – because it is the gastrointestinal tract, whose diseases and disorders underlie many civilization diseases. A conscious approach to the digestive system strengthens the self-healing powers and regenerates the intestine. Your My Mayr doctor will competently support you.
4 strong impulses for your health:

- Rest – The relief, recovery, and regeneration of the entire body should be achieved through the digestive system. With plenty of rest, sleep, and relaxation, regeneration is achieved.
- Cleansing – The digestive tract must be cleansed, detoxified, and deacidified. Bitter salt, drinking cure, and physical applications are used for this purpose.
- Training – Poor dietary behavior must be corrected. Chewing and eating training and sufficient consumption of wholesome liquids should be relearned. A reorientation towards a healthier diet and lifestyle is initiated.
- Supplementation – Supplementation with vitamins, minerals, and trace elements - as needed.

The focus is on intestinal rehabilitation. Through light diet and doctor's manual abdominal treatments and a slow dietary buildup, the intestinal function is regenerated. Fasting and reduced exposure to environment and media allow for self-reflection – inner reorientation, new joy of life, and vitality can emerge. Physical activity ensures a stable cardiovascular system, strengthens the immune defense, and improves the detoxification result.

The Rottal Spa offers approx. 2,400 sqm of medicinal water area (approx. 26-40°C) in 30 pools. 13 saunas, steam baths, and a thermal stream. The spa is only about 600 m from the resort.

GOLF
A golf paradise is right on your doorstep. The Rottal-Inn region is considered the largest golf region in Europe. The golf courses gently nestle into the picturesque Rottal hill landscape. Six 18-hole golf courses, three 9-hole golf courses, and a six-hole children's golf course. Three of the courses are of world-class level and were designed by the international golf champion Bernhard Langer. Home of "Bella Vista," the world's largest golf academy.
