Our Gourmet Half Board is served in the Restaurant 1846, and you can also enjoy it on the new lake terrace overlooking the newly created biotope and the greenery. Experience regional and seasonal specialties, from the organic breakfast buffet to the 7-course evening menu. The OZ Hotel Bar (at a charge) at the entrance of Restaurant 1846 surprises with the finest cocktail creations, international long drinks, and more.

Gourmet Half Board: A rich and varied organic breakfast buffet with many regional products and a live cooking station offering different egg dishes daily, Early-Morning-Coffee in the spa world from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (in summer also by the organic swimming pond), and in the evening a 7-course menu (combined with a buffet) featuring a chef's greeting, appetizer buffet, salad buffet, soup, a main course with choices, dessert, and a selection of cheeses from the buffet. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

For a fee: from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the SPA Bistro of Restaurant 1846 - enjoy delicious dishes from the SPA menu in the afternoon, such as pasta, salads, soups, tarte flambée, etc., and a large cake buffet with homemade cakes & pastries from the master pastry chef of our in-house patisserie, all while comfortably dressed in your bathrobe.

"Water is not everything, but without water, nothing is possible" - this is the guiding principle at Bavaria's largest hotel spa resort, experienced firsthand at Ortner's SPA with its expansive in-house thermal world. Spanning approximately 7,500 sqm, this thermal world features six pools covering 400 sqm, daily replenished with 100,000 litres of fresh healing water from the property's own thermal spring. Since this liquid treasure was discovered in 1938 during drilling on the family's property as the first thermal spring in Bad Füssing, the hot sulphur water has been bubbling up at 56 degrees. Cooled to a comfortable 32 to 37 degrees, Ortner's Resort presents this highly effective and deeply relaxing water within an architecturally opulent setting.

The thermal water is among the most sulphurous waters in Europe. The sulphide sulphur it contains is particularly well absorbed through the skin, allowing it to directly exert its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. The unique combination of trace elements and minerals, along with the warmth, has health-promoting effects.

Source of Health: Physiotherapeutic treatments are conducted at the practice in the Wappen hotel. At the Source of Health, physiotherapists and physical therapists await you for medical and therapeutic treatments such as individual fibromyalgia treatment, compact treatment for arthritic fingers, Penzel acupuncture massage, trigger point treatment, ear candle treatment, and more. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Appointments by arrangement.

Active programme according to the hotel's offerings such as Nordic walking, water aerobics (several times daily Mon-Sat) as well as daily free use of the fitness room with cardio equipment. Back school and relaxation seminars.

An engaging cultural and leisure programme is offered by the Bad Füssing Tourist Office. Excursions to the charming spa towns of the Bavarian Spa Triangle and to the Three-Rivers City of Passau are highly recommended.
22 Nordic walking trails are available in the Pockinger Heide in Bad Füssing, a sports and local recreation area and a DSV Nordic Walking Centre. The extensive network of trails is predominantly flat, making it ideal for beginners.
Complimentary e-bike rental available at the reception on a first-come, first-served basis, no prior reservation possible. The Inn Cycle Path is just 2.5 miles from the resort, with 286 miles of cycle paths around Bad Füssing featuring 23 signposted routes waiting for you!
