Panchakarma refers to the "five (Ayurvedic) processes" of intensive body cleansing and regeneration, aligning one's bioenergies healthily. Through a variety of detoxifying treatments, such as the oil forehead pour, combined with diet and Ayurvedic medicine, the "harmful" elements in the body are dissolved and expelled through the natural excretory organs. The result is enhanced physical and life enjoyment. The following program is a blend of various Ayurveda therapies and Panchakarma.

Initial and follow-up consultations with the Ayurveda doctor, determination of doshas and setting of the treatment and diet plan
Daily 4-5 treatments depending on health condition and recommendation of the Ayurveda doctor e.g. head and foot massages, Abhyanga (full body massage), Shirodhara (oil forehead flow), intensive and special massages, various cleansing therapies (Panchakarma), nasal cleansing, herbal inhalation, acupuncture, final flower bath

The Sun Flower Beach Ayurveda Resort is a small resort with 10 or 11 rooms and is located directly on the beach. All meals are taken with a view of the ocean. The food is prepared and served according to dosha. There is a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff are eager to fulfill every wish. As it is a small Ayurveda resort, you quickly come into contact with the other guests, which is a great feel-good benefit. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on authentic Pantschakarma treatment. After a thorough dosha diagnosis at the beginning of the stay, there are daily consultations with the experienced Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Prabhath Chamli. Dr. Prabhath Chamli is a very good and experienced acupuncturist. The equally experienced and very friendly therapists are in constant contact with the "doctor". The good and familiar atmosphere is created especially by Kusal, the operator of the resort. He talks to the guests at least once a day to check that everything is OK. He also takes care to fulfill the wishes of the guests. It is a good and healing atmosphere that left me feeling relaxed, refreshed and grateful.
