The quaint island of Dhigufaru, approximately 35,000 sqm in size, is located about 140 km north of Malé in the Baa Atoll, one of the 20 atolls that make up the Maldives. Designated as the only UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Maldives, it boasts some of the richest reef systems in the world, making it an ideal spot for diving. The luxurious Dhigufaru Island Resort is a haven of tranquility and luxury, offering a selection of elegant villas that harmoniously blend with the natural surroundings. Each accommodation provides utmost comfort and privacy, while simultaneously offering stunning views of the azure sea or the lush island gardens. The island is divided into three areas. Boaku in the east features a sheltered beach, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise or let the children play. On the west side, the sunset side, is Veli with a white, flat sandy beach that stretches far into the turquoise waters. Along the north side, Aanu, a beach rock runs along which gives the island its unique shape and ensures it is naturally protected.

The main restaurant "Dhandifulhu" with bar offers a beautiful panoramic sea view, half board and full board (buffet) with specialties from around the world as well as Maldivian dishes. Bistro Café & Bar "Thundi Pool Bar" with drinks and snacks, and "Raagudi Bar" with cocktails and spirits. The overwater restaurant "Athiri" indulges you à la carte with seafood and Mediterranean dishes. Evening entertainment includes BBQ nights, special dinners with live music, or traditional Maldivian cuisine with folkloric music (all weather-dependent).

Experience pure relaxation in the refreshing waters or on one of the sun loungers at the spacious outdoor pool with a sea view. The Funa Spa (open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) spans approximately 241 sqm and features 3 treatment rooms as well as a salon for beauty programmes, hairstyling, and facial treatments for both men and women. At the "Reflexology-Centre", various reflexology massages and techniques are tailored to your personal needs. Enjoy Thai massages in the "Huifilan’daa" Pavilion. Manicure and pedicure services are available. The sauna and steam bath can be exclusively booked for private use (prior to arrival).

New multi-sport court where you can play volleyball and tennis. Modern PADI diving school "Fulghani" for beginners and advanced divers. Water sports include snorkelling, jet skiing, kayaking, water skiing, flyboarding, wakeboarding, windsurfing, and catamaran sailing. Fishing during sunset, feeding rays and fish, visiting local islands, picnicking on a sandbank, and dolphin watching. "Baravali Kids Club" (ages 4-11). Babysitting available upon request.
