In this package, we offer the "intermittent fasting" with the 16/8 method – here you count hours, not calories, and can still enjoy your favourite meals. With this intermittent fasting plan, you abstain from food for 16 hours and then eat to your heart's content for 8 hours. Find your own rhythm and let your soul unwind, perhaps during a hike in beautiful nature.
