The Spa Hotel Klima Premium Spa & Wellness is situated in a peaceful location, on the edge of the forest park (ideal for walks), about a 10-minute walk from the therapy centre. The hotel has 35 rooms and accommodates around 80 spa guests. The modern therapy department with an indoor pool enables comprehensive, individual treatments.

Franzensbad is located in the spa triangle of West Bohemia, close to the German border. The beautiful parks and surrounding forests, the pleasant climate, and countless healing springs offer the perfect conditions for relaxation and active holidays.

The dining room features a fireplace. National and international specialties, breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus, salad, fruit, water, and tea at the buffet. Also available are low-calorie and diabetic-friendly meals, vegetarian dishes. The hotel also boasts a café, a day bar, and a summer terrace.

Premium Spa & Wellness with an indoor pool with counter-current system (5 x 10 m, approx. 86°F), whirlpool, bio-textile sauna. The sauna area (for a fee) features 3 saunas (bio, herbal, and Finnish), steam bath, plunge pool, salt relaxation room, sensorial shower, and relaxation room with park view. Additionally, there is a gym and a heated outdoor pool (approx. 5 x 11 m, 71-77°F). The idyllic garden area invites you to linger on about 4,000 sqm with a lawn for sunbathing, sun loungers, pond, benches, and a pavilion with its own healing spring.

The therapy area spans approximately 950 sqm and is equipped with a lift, qualified doctors and therapists, and a 24-hour nursing service. The facility includes mineral and CO2 baths, underwater, aroma, and reflex massages, mud baths, water aerobics, mud and paraffin wraps, lymphatic drainage, breathing exercises, inhalations, magnet and cryotherapy, ultrasound, interferential current, TENS, and Bioptron. There is an additional building with a rehabilitation pool, whirlpool, Kneipp pool, CO2 baths, physiotherapy and massages, electrotherapy, and a gym. Own healing spring "Stepanka" for drinking therapy and baths. Additional treatments available: oxygen therapy with vitamin injections or exercise stress, laser therapy, mobilisation, regeneration treatments with injection, chiropractic, joint injections, Lasergel mask Asklepio, lava stone, shiatsu, anti-migraine, and Indian massages.
