Kinesiology
Discover how kinesiology can eliminate diseases, pain, emotions, or stress through theory-driven and practical advice. Developed in 1963 by Dr. George Goodheart, kinesiology links behaviour to specific muscles and organs, addressing blockages in the corresponding meridian system (energy lines in the body according to Traditional Chinese Medicine) using Neurolymphatic acupressure, Neurovascular acupressure, or treatment of the relevant meridian. These blockages are the root causes of illness, pain, or emotional stress. Activating neurovascular points increases blood flow at the microcapillary and cellular levels connected to the organs, while activating neurolymphatic points helps remove toxins from cells, thus alleviating stress in the nervous system.
Massage - Natural Aromatherapy Massage
Experience the relaxation and healing of your body with natural aromatic oils tailored for you. We'll guide you through the benefits of these oils, such as relaxation, energy boost, detoxification, lymphatic drainage, pain relief, combating insomnia, and enhancing libido. A key focus will also be on spinal reflex massage derived from traditional Thai massage.
Edward Bach Healing Methods
In 1930, English physician Dr. Edward Bach (bacteriologist and surgeon) discovered the 38 Dr. Bach flowers, forming a comprehensive system based on moods and emotions. Practical examples demonstrate how the Dr. Bach flower method transforms a negative feeling into a positive one. Prolonged and intensified negative feelings are the cause of many illnesses, pains, and unnecessary stress. Golden Class Workshop
Gain new insights into Yoga techniques and theory (42 Credits). Ideal for Yoga enthusiasts or instructors.This Asana series aims to open the shoulders, pelvis, knees, and back. Learn about the mechanical movement of the upper, middle, and lower body, the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal structure, muscle function, and how to enter an Asana with movement, the subsequent effects on body and mind, how to teach a visually impaired person, and how to teach Yoga nidra. Additionally, discover how to apply Yoga for specific conditions such as back pain, anti-aging, sleep disorders, weight loss, depression, menopause or hormonal balance, and arthritis.

Pure Yoga Retreat
This Yoga retreat allows Yoga enthusiasts, instructors, and passionate individuals to deeply engage with Yoga. With daily sessions, gain profound insights into Yoga - intensive practice of all Yoga Asanas, intensive practice of various Yoga styles such as Hatha Yoga, Yin, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga nidra. Practice in a flowing manner, connecting breath and movement, and enjoy meditation and mantras in the evening.

The Yoga Skyros Pure Yoga Retreat is based on the concept of small classes with a maximum of 10 students, high-quality instruction, enhanced learning and understanding, and a deeper connection to your consciousness and inner peace.
Yoga & Regeneration Reset Retreat
The program begins with an analysis of your needs and an assessment of your physical condition. Trust and rely on your body's self-healing powers and get closer to a good body feeling through yoga therapy sessions, kinesiology practices by Dr. Goodheart, Dr. Bach consultation sessions, and massage therapies. This retreat is particularly suitable for individuals with a stressful lifestyle or rehabilitation needs.

- Daily 2x yoga therapy sessions and evening meditation (60 minutes each) (Sat only 1x, Sun none)
- Daily treatments (approx. 45 minutes each) such as kinesiology to eliminate energy blockages in your body using the Touch for Health technique by Dr. Goodheart, Dr. Bach consultation and massage therapies to remove negative emotions that are the cause of most of today's diseases, and massage therapies such as Spine Wake Up, Hot Stone or essential oils to treat ailments and initiate a relaxation and calming process.

SUP Yoga Training
A workshop suitable for Yoga enthusiasts and teachers who want to learn more about SUP Yoga, its benefits, and the transition from land-based Yoga to water-based Yoga. Participants will earn 42 credits recognised by the Yoga Alliance USA. SUP Yoga enhances mindfulness and breath control while maintaining a balanced posture and breathing. The pace of this type of Yoga requires a slowdown, allowing you to focus on your movements and change your poses as gently as possible. The body is trained, strengthening core areas such as arms, shoulders, legs, knees, and quadriceps. Changing Yoga poses improves and maintains your balance and flexibility. This workshop gives you the feeling of being one with nature. Besides the soothing sensation of floating on water, the view of a beautiful landscape is priceless.

Yoga Instructor
Yoga Master Carmen Hellmann and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider will guide you through Asanas during the yoga sessions. She has trained with the famous Master Dickson in Hong Kong and Swami Vidyanand. Carmen has worked successfully in Hong Kong and Shanghai for ten years and has over 20 years of experience as an advanced personal fitness trainer, aroma massage therapist, Thai massage therapist, and Level II Muay Thai boxing instructor. She is a professional yoga specialist with the prestigious 200 and 500 RYT yoga teacher certifications.
Dietmar Hellmann is a registered Dr. Bach practitioner with the Dr. Bach Foundation in the UK. He is a certified kinesiologist specializing in energy balancing and the removal of negative emotions. Dietmar is also a massage therapist skilled in Thai massage, aroma therapy massage, hot stone massage, and Indian head massage. He has thoroughly studied and practiced these holistic methods, integrating both Eastern and Western knowledge into his practice.
