Es Racó d'Artà spans 220 hectares and has been crafted using natural materials, artisanal details, sustainable products, and minimalist design by friends, architect Antoni Esteva and builder Jaume Danus. Rustic yet luxurious, it features local limestone, hand-woven hemp yarn, and soothing tones of sandstone and jute. Nestled among wild olive trees in a tranquil valley, Es Racó boasts its own farm with vineyards, olive oil, organic gardens, Xeixa (local grain), citrus trees, and a beekeeping operation.

In the northeastern part of Mallorca lies the picturesque town of Artà. With its charming cobbled streets, well-preserved historic buildings, and a rich cultural history, it is a popular destination for visitors seeking to experience authentic Mallorcan charm. The Es Racó d'Arta is located 5 km outside of Artà in the Llevant nature reserve. Nestled in the hilly green nature of the surroundings, it offers an idyllic retreat for relaxation and unwinding. The impressive beach of Cala Rajada and the pristine bay of Cala Torta are just a 15-minute drive away.

Es Racó d'Artà dates back to the 13th century and was previously a Berber settlement named Beni Axir, Beni Said, "Sons of the Fortunate." To honour its historical roots and with the aim of reconnecting with them, the hotel's own restaurant "BENI AXIR" with an outdoor area was named after it. The restaurant focuses on Mediterranean cuisine using natural products from its own organic garden and selected small local producers. The menu is individually designed according to the season and natural harvesting rhythm. The restaurant works closely with dietary advisor Gemma Bes (including advisor to professional tennis player Rafael Nadal), allowing for individual diets (fasting, vegetarian, vegan, and more), intolerances, and allergies to be accommodated. In the spa and wellness area Sanum Per Aquam (Spa - "healthy through water") featuring both indoor and outdoor infinity pools, Jacuzzi, treatment pools, sauna (booking required), hammam, and holistic healing therapies, water plays a pivotal role with its positive influence. Water treatments include Watsu®, a water therapy combined with the healing effects of Japanese Zen Shiatsu massage (anti-stress, for deeper awareness), as well as Cranio-Cervical water treatments (for the cervical spine) and Wata® (relaxation under water). The spa offers a range of massages (personalised massage, essential oils, deep tissue, couples, Shiatsu, Thai) and other treatments (exfoliations, facial cleansings, various body and facial treatments, manicure, pedicure, waxing), dietary advice, and much more.
