The traditionally furnished Ayurveda Center features 12 treatment rooms, 2 Ayurvedic steam baths, and 2 herbal baths. The team, consisting of 2 Ayurveda doctors and 4 therapists, is dedicated to your well-being, prescribing suitable treatments and pampering you with soothing massages and other authentic Ayurveda treatments. Complementary yoga and meditation sessions are held daily in the morning and evening.

Utilise your leisure time to explore the surroundings and the magnificent nature of Sri Lanka on foot or by bicycle. The expansive grounds of Amuna also offer numerous opportunities to enjoy the tranquillity and harmony of nature and to find yourself. A complimentary shuttle service is available to take you to the nearby sister resort, where you can share the use of the pool.
