Especially with fasting retreats, it is important to rule out contraindications. Children and adolescents, for example, should generally not fast. Please check with a trusted physician if you are unsure.
Slimming and dietary changes do not happen in one night. For the best possible results, you should plan at least 7 nights for your therapy, 14 days would be even better, so that you have time to internalize your new habits.
Even after the fasting retreat, it is important that you continue to eat a balanced and healthy diet. But of course you don't have to give up treats for the rest of your life. If you have reached your desired weight and have found a good balance of diet and exercise, you can quietly treat yourself to some cake (preferably low-sugar and homemade) or chocolate (dark or dark chocolate), preferably as a dessert after a meal.
