Cancellation policy

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days (14) without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us (SpaDreams, Fit Reisen GmbH, Ferdinand-Happ-Str. 28, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany or info@spadreams.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a written letter or e-mail).

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your wish to cancel the voucher before the end of the revocation period.

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

For vouchers that have already been used within the withdrawal period to book a trip, the right of withdrawal is also excluded.
