Additionally to note

• Available for all SpaDreams bookings; for flight-inclusive packages, the Flex Upgrade covers the program, hotel and transfers
• For sightseeing tours with day-to-day hotel changes and a travel price exceeding €3,000 per person, the Flex Upgrade is not available.
• If your plans change, your payment is protected and can be used as a travel credit for a future trip; a refund can also be requested
• Enjoy continued flexibility: one re-booking is included, with further changes possible for a small fee of €30 per person
• The Flex Upgrade fee secures your added flexibility and is therefore non-refundable
• Travel insurance remains valid for your rebooked trip, ensuring continued protection; the insurance premium itself is non-refundable
