Costs for the Flex Upgrade

• For own arrival: 3% of the travel price
• For travel with flight booking: 3% of the hotel and round trip price + 90 EUR per traveler for the flight

Additionally to note

• Flex Upgrade fees are non-refundable.
• If you have booked a travel insurance, this is non-refundable. In the case of re-booking, this remains for the later trip.
• From a desired second re-booking, fees of 30 EUR are incurred per traveler.
• In case of cancellation based on the "Flex-Upgrade", the deposit paid is converted into a travel credit, which can be used for another or later trip. Upon request, the travel price will be refunded, minus a processing fee of 30 EUR per traveler.
