Ayurveda Center

With 24 therapy rooms featuring water fountains and a pond, it creates a unique, soothing atmosphere for relaxation. The facility includes herbal steam baths, herbal baths, and an Ayurveda pharmacy. A small herbal cultivation is maintained to acquaint guests with the natural ingredients used in the treatments. A comprehensive team of qualified and experienced Ayurveda doctors and therapists perform authentic Ayurveda treatments using pure oils and herbs. The ayurvedic medicine used is not a necessary part of the therapy. Acupuncture treatments are also available.

Yoga

In our dedicated Meditation and Yoga Center, find peace and reflection in a serene atmosphere. Yoga sessions are held approximately 1-2 times daily, and meditation about twice a week, weather permitting, by the pool.

Explore numerous manuscripts in the Ayurveda library. Shop for souvenirs and crafts, fitness room, TV lounge, laundry service, currency exchange, and internet PC. The U-shaped building opens towards the sea, enclosing a pool framed by ancient Frangipani trees. The 64 comfortable rooms, each with a minimalist elegant design, feature balconies or terraces facing the Indian Ocean with either side or direct sea views. The blend of Sinhalese charm and modern comfort continues to impress many regular guests. There are 16 Classic rooms (approx. 29 sqm, including 10 SGL), 36 Deluxe rooms (approx. 40 sqm), and 5 Deluxe corner rooms (approx. 79 sqm). Both Deluxe categories boast large terraces or balconies. 7 Suites (approx. 61 sqm) have a visually separated living and sleeping area. we feel well rested, strengthened and energized a beautiful facility by the sea, very nice people around us and a very good therapy department

All in all a great stay, although the flight times were a bit unfavorable and so I paid for an extra night that I didn't even use.

I feel well recovered. The Ayurverda program was carried out very well. The hotel is in need of renovation overall, but the staff and procedures are 100% fine.
