Gdas Bali Health and Wellness Resort in Detail

Your Yoga & Wellness Hotel

The multi-award-winning Gdas Bali, acclaimed as the "Best Luxury Wellness Hotel Asia 2023", seamlessly blends luxurious comfort with profound mindfulness in an exceptionally harmonious manner. The name "Gdas" originates from "Govinda Das" - "in the service of the Divine" - reflecting the resort's philosophy: here, Yoga is not just a practice on the mat, but an attitude that permeates every moment of the stay. Holistic programmes harmonise body, mind, and spirit. Fresh medicinal plants from the hotel's own garden enrich both the meticulously composed spa rituals and the vegan gourmet cuisine, making each experience a sensual delight. In the sunlit Yoga Shala, with expansive views over the lush green rice fields, deepen your practice and absorb the calm, spiritual energy of Bali. Gdas Bali combines mindfulness, a connection with nature, and sustainable values that are reflected in every detail. Allow the unique atmosphere of this place to touch you and rejuvenate your spirit in an oasis of peace, harmony, and ease.
