A solar system provides the resort with warm water and energy, while a biogas plant recycles wastewater and waste materials. The resort's restaurant offers traditional, healthy Kerala cuisine featuring rice, vegetables, and fruits from organic farming. Meals are served buffet-style. Your individual meal plan, based on your constitutional type, will be continuously coordinated with your medical team during your treatment. The resort boasts an Ayurveda Center dedicated to practicing only the original Ayurvedic treatments, eschewing the widespread modern adaptations. A skilled and qualified team comprising two female doctors, two male doctors, and 30 therapists ensures personalised consultation and care. The doctors and therapists have extensive experience in the healing science of Ayurveda and its applications. At Kadappuram, the classic procedure of an Ayurveda therapy is meticulously carried out, from the initial examination through the constantly monitored individual treatment process to the final examination with a success status. The cleansing and rejuvenation therapies include all elements of a classic Panchakarma therapy: vitalisation, regeneration, strengthening, and building of the immune system. Daily, at least 3 to 6 treatments are conducted, lasting between 2 to 2.5 hours in total. In addition to the treatments, professionally guided yoga and meditation are integral to the successful Ayurveda therapy.

From Kadappuram, there are numerous opportunities for excursions: The temple sites of Trichur, Guruvayoor, and Kodungalur are just 18 miles away. You can cycle to the Sri Rama Temple. Memorable experiences include boat tours on the Canoly Canal, an extension of the Backwaters, as well as visits to the Guruvayoor Elephant Camp, trips to Cochin and Calicut, and the Athirampily-Vazhachal waterfalls.
