The selection of ingredients and the menu are overseen by the restaurant's head chef, Giancarlo Russo, a native Italian who fell in love with Poland and spreads Italian culinary habits in the hotel, creating Polish-Italian flavour compositions. We would have liked a ping pong table or a pool table in the building....otherwise everything very good...!
