The menu and ingredient selection are overseen by the restaurant's chef, Giancarlo Russo, a native Italian who has fallen in love with Poland and spreads Italian cooking habits in the hotel, creating Polish-Italian taste compositions. We would have liked a ping pong table or a pool table in the building....otherwise everything very good...!
