Just a two-hour drive from Colombo International Airport, the convenient location allows you to travel quickly and comfortably from the capital, while also providing a pleasant distance from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here, you can enjoy water sports, turtle conservation stations, and boat tours on the Bentota River. With its rich culture, historic temples, and excellent cuisine, Induruwa is a perfect destination for a restful and culturally enriching holiday.

Enjoy an exclusive culinary experience at the beach restaurant, where an exquisite selection of Ayurvedic Tridosha dishes awaits you. The carefully prepared meals are based on fresh, local, and predominantly vegetarian ingredients. Occasionally, chicken and white fish are also served.

At the Ayurveda Center, which boasts 13 treatment rooms, two Ayurvedic doctors and eight therapists are dedicated to your well-being. The range of Ayurvedic treatments includes head, face, and foot massages with herbal oils, oil pours on the body (Pizichil) or forehead (Shirodhara), and Ayurvedic herbal steam baths. Acupuncture is available for a fee. Enjoy yoga on the terrace in front of the Ayurveda Center or on the beach.
