The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. This place is highly recommended, especially for solo travelers, as you feel welcome and well taken care of right from the start. Because the hotel is small and intimate, it's easy to strike up a conversation with other guests, and you never feel alone. The rooms are clean, cozy, and furnished with great attention to detail. I really enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the hotel, with its beautifully landscaped garden and beach area.

The service and friendliness were outstanding in every area, from the hotel manager, Mr. Matthew, to the front desk (Diana), the kitchen and restaurant staff, room service, the housekeeping staff, and the Ayurveda department.

I must highlight the outstanding medical care provided by Dr. Honey. The diagnoses were precise, and the consultations were extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. In my case, the sessions were even life-changing. The therapists provided exceptionally good and comprehensive treatments. Absolutely top-notch. The massages (including oil massage, rice stamp, and "milk bath") were intensive and tailored to "the weak spots and problem areas." Likewise, the head treatments-Shirodara, Shirovasti, etc.-were a dream. High-quality oils were used, and the medications were well-balanced and effective. I also took the provided medications back to Germany with me at a reasonable price. Blood tests are also offered at reasonable prices upon request (e.g., vitamin D levels).

A varied selection of vegetarian Indian-Ayurvedic cuisine, supplemented at least once a week with freshly caught fish and chicken. An excellent selection of vegetables, always fresh fruit, and salad. The meal served on a banana leaf at the restaurant right by the sea is particularly noteworthy. Fresh coconuts and coconut water were available daily. There were also freshly squeezed juices, chai, and, of course, hot water.

I preferred swimming in the ocean, but I also swam in the pool. There are lounge chairs around the pool and right on the beach, always under palm trees. There's a covered platform for yoga and a platform right on the beach for meditation. The day began with yoga at sunrise "above the rooftops" with a view of the palm trees. Meditation and breathing exercises at sunset, accompanied by the sound of the ocean, brought the day to a close. Competent yoga and meditation instructors.

The Indian cuisine was uniquely good and healthy, and was superbly prepared.

Pool was clean and 100m from the sea.

Everything was very good. Often had spiders and cockroaches in my room. The doctors were very friendly. The new doctor was very dedicated.

Everyone in the hotel went out of their way and was helpful

From time to time dishes were repeated or very similar, especially at lunchtime
