Located between the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains in Szklarska Poręba (Schreiberhau) at approximately 760 meters above sea level, the Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba, newly opened in 2020, is situated quietly on the edge of the town about 2.5 km from the center and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.

Indoor pool and relaxation pool, outdoor whirlpool and slide, as well as a sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna, and tepidarium. Wellness area with 6 treatment rooms for massages, cosmetic and body treatments. Fitness room.
Free Time
In the summer, the surrounding spruce forest and the Giant Mountains National Park offer numerous hiking and cycling trails. In winter, the nearby Szrenica ski area (about 5 km) with its 5 ski slopes invites you to ski. The hotel features a ski room, a playroom, and a playground.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The food on offer was very varied and tasted very good. The service staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The spa treatments (massage) were very good. The sauna and swimming area is too loud, too small. External people (children's swimming course with accompanying persons) in the spa area is not acceptable. The nude area is visible from the swimming area. The relaxation area (only 4 loungers) can be seen from the swimming pool. One lady at reception (check-in) was unfriendly and in no way service-oriented. Our request for a room upgrade was noted at the time of booking and discussed with the Radisson hotel in advance by phone. It should have been possible without any problems at check-in. Unfortunately, this request was ignored by the ladies at the reception desk at check-in and rejected without comment. A very expensive parking lot in the outdoor area is not acceptable
