The air-conditioned Savoy Westend Hotel is located in the exclusive district of Karlovy Vary, surrounded by a large garden area (1,200 sqm). It consists of five Art Nouveau villas (Savoy, Artemis, Carlton, Cleopatra, and Rusalka) from the 19th century, interconnected and linked to the balneo centre via an underground passage. With the natural beauty of the surrounding forests, thirteen healing springs, and access to modern healthcare, it is the perfect place for relaxation and therapy.

2 restaurants and a bar are located on the ground floor of Villa Savoy. Healthy cuisine, buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, half board optionally as lunch or dinner. Special dietary food, separation diet, vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options available.

Medical Spa Center and Medical Centre, one of the best in Europe, spanning approximately 2,500 sqm (open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.). Facilities include a laboratory, ultrasound centre, sports medicine centre, and health coach. Medical specialisations in anti-aging medicine, gynaecology, urology, and cardiovascular health. Treatments such as endermologie, liposuction, mesotherapy. Over 200 therapies and wellness treatments including anti-stress, densitometry (colour density measurement), electrotherapy, physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, thermotherapy, or hydrotherapy (mineral, pearl, aromatherapy baths), massages (hot stone, chocolate, aroma, reflexology), peeling, mud packs, lymphatic drainage. Home to a Karlovy Vary mineral water spring, renowned for its rejuvenating and strengthening properties.
