Additionally, the resort offers a small shop where exclusive Ayurveda products from Siddhalepa are available. For added convenience, a currency exchange service is available to guests. The resort is part of the Siddhalepa Group - a family business that has been nurturing Ayurveda traditions for over 200 years. In addition to Ayurveda centers in Germany, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, the company operates an Ayurveda hospital and an Ayurveda university in Sri Lanka. The company is ISO certified and EU licensed, and is known in Germany for its Ayurvedic products.

The Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort is located just about an hour's drive from Colombo, nestled on the west coast of Sri Lanka, directly on the miles-long sandy beach of Wadduwa, a spot beloved by locals and tourists alike, perfect for tranquility and rejuvenation. The proximity to the railway means that the sound of trains can be heard, which many guests find charming and typical. The resort delights its guests with a diverse culinary offering across two restaurants, seamlessly blending Ayurvedic and international cuisines. At the open beach restaurant, enjoy fresh dishes with a sea view, while the air-conditioned restaurant near the lobby serves authentic Ayurvedic meals. Following the initial medical consultation, Ayurveda guests receive a personalised dietary plan, which is communicated directly to the hotel kitchen, ensuring meals are tailored to individual doshas. During meals, Ayurveda doctors are available to answer dietary questions. Depending on occupancy, meals are served either buffet-style or à la carte, featuring a wide selection of predominantly vegetarian dishes, complemented by white fish. Individual dietary preferences are always accommodated; international dishes or private in-room dining are available upon request.

At the Ayurveda Center of the resort, an experienced team of five Ayurveda doctors and numerous professionally trained therapists awaits you, all educated at the renowned Siddhalepa Ayurveda Hospital. In 22 harmoniously designed treatment rooms, equipped with a modern Bluetooth sound system, enjoy authentic Ayurveda treatments in a soothing atmosphere. This ancient healing art promotes inner balance, strengthens self-healing powers, and supports body and mind on the path to sustainable well-being. Yoga and meditation in the new yoga pavilion or by the pool complete the therapy holistically. New to the program are individually bookable lessons in yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic cooking, and massage techniques - a valuable addition for those who wish to delve deeper into the world of Ayurveda.

About 200 years ago, the Hettigoda family began producing and distributing Ayurvedic products under the brand name Siddhalepa. In their factory in Sri Lanka, they skilfully combine traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with the latest technology and continuous research and improvement of their formulas. The products are regularly inspected by the government, certified with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and are now available worldwide, including in Germany.
