Ayurveda Center

The Ayurveda Center, located on the top floor of the Sooriya Resort & Spa, offers a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean. Spanning approximately 190 m², the spa includes 3 treatment rooms, an Ayurvedic sauna, and a unique outdoor herbal bath. The Ayurveda Center's team comprises 2 Ayurvedic doctors available at fixed times and 2 Ayurvedic therapists. The range of treatments includes classic Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga (full-body oil massage), Shiro Vasti (head oil treatment), and Sarvangadhara (oil pours), complemented by herbal steam baths, Aloe Vera scrubs, aromatherapy, as well as yoga and meditation sessions.

Beyond Ayurvedic treatments, the resort offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Relax by the freshwater pool with a sea view or enjoy quiet moments in the tropical garden. Excursions to the nearby Rekawa Turtle Sanctuary or walks along the unspoiled beach will leave you with unforgettable memories.
