To ensure your diet perfectly complements your therapy, it is tailored to you after an assessment of your constitution type and aimed at balancing the doshas. Alcohol and other stimulants are not permitted on the premises.

For those looking to be more active, daily yoga and meditation sessions are available. The beach is approximately 3 km away and easily accessible by tuk-tuk, available on-site for a fee. The area also offers a variety of excursions: guided day tours can be booked on-site for a fee, as well as a journey on a traditional houseboat.
