The monsoon season in Sri Lanka is considered one of the best and most effective times for an authentic Ayurveda therapy. During this special season, nature slows down, the atmosphere becomes calmer, and the gentle rain naturally invites you to retreat, let go, and look inward. Particularly for individuals experiencing stress, mental exhaustion, or a desire for emotional balance, this time provides ideal conditions for regeneration and healing. In Ayurveda, it is said that the body is especially receptive to treatments during the monsoon season. The humid warm climate opens the pores, allowing high-quality herbal oils and therapeutic treatments to penetrate deeper into the tissue. This supports detoxification, relaxation, and the regeneration of the nervous system. The "Stress Management & Mental Health" program is specifically designed to reduce stress, promote inner peace, restore emotional balance, and sustainably strengthen the body, mind, and soul.

Nasya (Ayurvedic Nasal Treatment), Shirodhara (Royal Forehead Oil Pour), Kshiradhara (Forehead Pour of Warm Herbal Milk), Shiro Pichu & Shiro Lepa (Cotton Pad Soaked in Medicinal Oil Placed on the Head), Sarvangadhara (Full Body Treatment), Abyanga (Full Body Massage with Specific Herbal Oils), Vasthi (Ayurvedic Enema Therapy), Acupuncture.

Panchakarma refers to the "five (Ayurvedic) processes" of intensive body cleansing and regeneration, aligning one's bioenergies healthily. Through a variety of detoxifying treatments, such as the oil forehead pour, combined with diet and Ayurvedic medicine, the "harmful" elements in the body are dissolved and expelled through the natural excretory organs. The result is enhanced physical and life enjoyment. The following program is a blend of various Ayurveda therapies and Panchakarma.

• Ayurvedic full board including water and herbal teas
• Initial and follow-up consultations with the Ayurveda doctor, determination of doshas and setting of the treatment and diet plan
• Daily 4-5 treatments depending on health condition and recommendation of the Ayurveda doctor e.g. head and foot massages, Abhyanga (full body massage), Shirodhara (oil forehead flow), intensive and special massages, various cleansing therapies (Panchakarma), nasal cleansing, herbal inhalation, acupuncture, final flower bath
• 4x yoga/week
• 2 excursions per stay: boat trip and a tour to the Kande Vihara Temple
• Transfers from/to Colombo Airport (upon pre-registration)
