Sunday: from 3 p.m. Arrival, 6 p.m. Welcome Evening with Finger Buffet Dinner and Wine
Monday: 8 a.m. Yoga, 9:30 a.m. Homemade Breakfast on the Sun Terrace, 11 a.m. Hike, 6 p.m. Free Time, 7 p.m. Dinner (Buffet)
Spring and Autumn: Hike to the "Baou" Hill Summit: 8 km/4 hours on rocky path, Includes a homemade picnic and stunning views over the Côte d'Azur and the Southern Alps, Backpacks and hiking poles available on request, Bring: Comfortable shoes (at least running shoes), Sunscreen and Sunglasses, Hat, Rain Jacket.
In Summer: Hike through a Gorge along the River: 5 km/2 hours on rocky path + Picnic Lunch and Swimming in the River. Equipment: as for Spring and Autumn hikes + Swimwear and Towel
Tuesday: 8 a.m. Yoga & Meditation, 9:30 a.m. Breakfast, 11:30 a.m. Workshop "Non-violent Communication", 1:30 p.m. Lunch, Free Time, 5 p.m. Cooking Class with Aurore ("Vegetarian Cooking with fresh local and organic products (vegan option available")
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. Yoga, 11 a.m. Brunch, 1 p.m. Free Time for a Massage (bookable on site), Meditating, Walking or just Relaxing, 6 p.m. Yoga & Meditation, 7 p.m. Dinner (Buffet)
Thursday: 8 a.m. Yoga & Meditation, 9:30 a.m. Breakfast, 11 a.m. Guided Meditation, 11:30 a.m. Workshop "Non-violent Communication", 1:30 p.m. Lunch, Free Time, 5:30 p.m. Yoga & Meditation, 7 p.m. Dinner outside (excl.)
Friday: 8 a.m. Yoga & Meditation, 9:30 a.m. Breakfast, 11 a.m. Going-with-the-Flow Day: Activities in harmony with the group (e.g., Beach Day, Excursion, Meditation, Wine Tasting, Art Tour, Zipline), 6 p.m. Farewell Ceremony, 7 p.m. Farewell Dinner including Wine
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. Breakfast on the Terrace, until 11 a.m. Check-Out (luggage storage available)
