Located just a short distance from Ahungalla Beach and surrounded by approximately 3.5 hectares of garden, the cosy Villa 386 is styled in colonial decor and offers just 6 rooms, ensuring personalised care. The therapy treatments are fully tailored to the individual needs of our guests. Families are warmly welcomed at Villa 386. There is an option to book childcare by the hour on-site, allowing parents to focus on themselves and fully relax during their treatments.

The coastal town of Balapitiya in the southwest of Sri Lanka, with its fine golden sandy beaches and consistently pleasant warm weather, is the perfect place for travellers seeking relaxation and tranquillity away from mass tourism. Explore the breathtaking flora and fauna on walks and bike rides or dive into the deep blue of the Indian Ocean.

To achieve the best possible results from an Ayurveda therapy, emphasis is placed on healthy and Ayurvedic nutrition. The head chef, in consultation with the Ayurveda doctor, takes care of the dosha-appropriate meals for the guests (white fish and chicken available upon request). All dishes are prepared with natural herbs and spices, some from our own herb garden. Food intolerances or special diets can be accommodated (please specify when booking).

The villa features a separate Ayurveda pavilion with two treatment rooms for your scheduled treatments. Upon arrival, the in-house Ayurveda doctor will conduct a detailed initial consultation and create your personal treatment and dietary plan. The focus of your therapy can be individually tailored on-site in consultation with the Ayurveda doctor. Accompanying yoga and meditation sessions with an experienced yoga master will help you unwind and forget the stresses of daily life.

The 3.5-hectare garden and the outdoor pool (15m) are perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests seeking tranquillity can unwind in the private yoga and meditation pavilion. The surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities to stay active between treatments. The hotel staff are happy to assist in organising excursions, for example to Galle or Colombo (at a charge).
