• If your plans change, your payment is protected and can be used as a travel credit for a future trip; a full refund can also be requested
• Enjoy continued flexibility: one re-booking is included, with further changes are possible for a small fee
• The Flex Upgrade fee secures your added flexibility and is therefore non-refundable
