Your opinion is important to us as well as our hotel partners. Your travel experiences help other customers to inform themselves about the destination and the hotel before they travel. Booking

How do I book my trip online?

You select your dream hotel in the hotel search. Then you click on the appropriate program on the hotel page and on your desired travel date. Now you can click on the "book now" button. For offers that need to be requested first, click on "Request now".

Can I also book a trip online no matter where I live in the world?

Yes, we offer our trips for customers worldwide. You can even pay for the trips in other currencies. We also offer customer support in multiple languages.

Do I receive the invoice by e-mail when booking online?

Yes, we will send you an invoice via e-mail.

How can I request an invoice online?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically after checking the booking. Only if you should not have received an invoice from us after one week, contact us again.

Will I receive a written confirmation after booking?

Yes, you will receive a written confirmation of receipt of your booking request directly after booking. After a short check, the official booking confirmation will then be sent to you via e-mail.

Can I search online for a specific hotel?

You are also welcome to search for hotels online. Simply use the search box and enter the name of your desired hotel.

Can I book more than one room online?

If you need more than one room, you can either call our customer service and book by phone or book several times in a row, for example.

Can I book more than one offer?

Yes, just repeat the booking process as many times as you need.

Can I book online for another person?

You can book both by phone and online for another person. On the booking page, you can simply fill in the names according to your wish.

How does booking on the Internet differ from booking in a travel agency?

In general, there are no differences between booking online and booking in a travel agency. At the travel agency you can get advice about the different destinations. If the information received from the travel agency is not enough for you, you are welcome to call our specialists.

Can I also book at the travel agency?

The hotels and SpaDreams trips can also be found in any well-stocked travel agency. You are also welcome to book there.

I would like to book for a group. How do I proceed?

For group bookings, please call our customer service specialists directly. We will be happy to organize the trips for you as a nice group experience.

I have special booking requests. How is this handled?

With pleasure we try to consider your booking wishes. To be sure that your wishes can be met, you are welcome to contact our experienced customer service before booking. This will allow us to ensure that your wishes can be met at the time of booking before you make your booking.

Why is my phone number needed?

We need your phone number for any queries about your booking and to contact you as soon as possible in case of any last-minute changes.

What personal data will be stored about me?

When you make a booking, we only store the data that is necessary for processing the booking.

What is a holiday request?

With the ability to request a trip, you can receive a free quote tailored to your specific needs.

Can I reserve an offer?

In some hotels you can reserve a room. A free reservation is valid for 72 hours and automatically becomes a firm booking, should you not change the trip during this time.

From when is the trip bindingly booked for me?

Only after you have selected the payment method on the "Booking" page and then click on "Book now with costs", your booking becomes binding.

What services do guests with physical disabilities receive?

Frequently we have customers with impairments and also with a rollator or wheelchair. To find out whether your desired trip also meets the special requirements of limited mobility, please feel free to contact our experts in customer service.

How can I find out if there are handicapped accessible rooms in my desired hotel?

In particular in resort towns are very often handicapped accessible rooms available. If this is not mentioned in the description texts of the hotels, please ask the specialists of our customer service.

How do I know if my pet can travel with me?

You can often find this information in the description text of the hotels. Alternatively, you can always ask the specialists of our customer service, which will answer you as soon as possible this question.

If I book a double room, can I book a therapeutic stay for only one person? I would like to accompany another person to the healing therapy, but I do not need a healing therapy myself.

In some hotels there are also accompanying programs, so this is possible. However, the booking of this program is only possible by contacting our travel experts or entering this into the additional information/comments of your availability request.

Travel documents and insurance

How detailed do I need to check my travel confirmation?

The travel confirmation is part of the travel contract. Please check the details of the service incl. the dates carefully, as well as the correct spelling of your name - it is best if this reflects what is written in your passport.

What is the security certificate?

The security certificate is a protection from SpaDreams, which is handed over to the customer with the travel confirmation of a travel pacakge. This confirms in writing that all customer funds are secured by German Travel Insurance Fund (Deutsche Reisesicherungsfonds GmbH) in the unlikely event of insolvency on the part of SpaDreams. It is backed by the German Travel Insurance Fund as the SpaDreams parent company, Fit Reisen, is based in Germany.

When and how will I receive my travel documents?

Your travel documents will be emailed to you upon receipt of final payment and 14 days prior to departure.

What do I do if my travel documents do not arrive on time?

If the travel documents are not yet with you one week before departure, then please call our customer service. This can determine whether the payment has been received and tell you why the travel documents have not yet been sent. In rare cases, these documents can also be sent to your junk or spam folder, so please check these as well.

What information or documents do I need upon arrival?

In addition to your name and ID, the hotel will also need the voucher you received by e-mail with your travel documents.

How can I book insurance?

You can book the insurance with SpaDreams. Even a few days after booking the trip, you can still add the travel insurance. If you have paid or plan to pay with credit card, check with your credit card provider/bank if travel insurance is already included in your package. This can often save you a lot of money.

Payment and fees

How can I pay for my trip?

With SpaDreams you can easily pay via bank transfer, credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, and SOFORT transfer. The payment method bank transfer is only possible if the arrival is still at least 4 weeks away.

What are the fees for the different payment methods?

The following fees are charged for the different payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: no fees
  • Direct debit: no fees
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard): Depending on currency, no fees for €, CHF, GBP, PLN, SEK
  • Credit card (AMEX): 2% for €, 3% all other currencies
  • SOFORT transfer: 1% fee
  • PayPal: no fees
Until when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?

The deposit for SpaDreams is only 20%. Payment of the balance must be made no later than 30 days before departure. For short-term bookings made within four weeks before departure, the entire travel price is due directly with booking.

Can I pay the full amount directly?

Frequently, customers find it easier to pay the full price directly. Of course, you can also do this with SpaDreams.

Can I pay for my trip in installments?

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. However, for bookings made more than 30 days before departure, also only 20% of the travel price is due at the time of booking.

Where can I find a receipt for my payment?

You will not receive a receipt. You will, however, receive your hotel vouchers once your booking has been paid in full. This will serve as your proof of payment with the hotel.

Arrival and transfer

Is the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back included in my trip?

This depends on your booked hotel and pacakge. At some hotels the transfer is included, otherwise it can be booked separately. More information can be found in the corresponding hotel description of SpaDreams or in your travel documents.

Does the driver of the transfer receive me at the airport with a sign?

If you have also booked the transfer through SpaDreams, then you will be greeted with a sign with either your name or the name of your hotel at the individual transfer. For the collective transfer/shuttle, please contact the public transfer desk after landing. Any deviations from this are noted in the travel documents.

Rebooking and cancellation

How can I change / cancel a trip?

Regarding a rebooking or cancellation, a written notification by e-mail is necessary, which confirms your intention to rebook/ cancel with us.

What costs will I incur in the event of a rebooking/cancellation?

Please refer to our general terms and conditions of travel, here you can find your information under point 6 "rebooking/additional costs". In general, cancellation fees are based on the costs incurred by SpaDreams due to the cancellation.

Is it possible to change the names of the travelers in the booking?

Generally, we would like to support you in your wishes and offer you as much flexibility as possible even after booking. For rebookings with own arrival, only the rebooking fees according to the general travel conditions are due for processing with us.

Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal?

Unfortunately, the law does not provide for a general right of cancellation for travel. If you do not want to travel or you become ill, you can cancel your trip according to the SpaDreams travel conditions. Alternatively, we offer you the opportunity to take out appropriate insurance to protect you against such cases. Vouchers are excluded from this regulation. Here you will find more information.

How do I get a visa?

Depending on the country, you will need to apply for a visa before your trip. You can find links to the relevant foreign offices here.

What does Best Price Guarantee mean?

We promise that you will book the selected trip with us at the best price. If you can book the same hotel, resort or package with the identical services, cheaper within 14 days after booking with us, we will refund the price difference. You can find more information here.
