The Regeneration Program (from 7 nights) is perfect for relaxing and revitalizing the body. The program includes medical steam baths, herbal medicine, soothing face masks, and two highlights of Ayurvedic treatment: full-body massages (Abhyanga) and the pouring of warm liquids on the forehead (Shirodhara). The Panchakarma Program (from 14 nights) is ideal for purifying both body and mind. Located on a tropical hillside along the picturesque Malabar Coast, with direct beach access and a stunning panoramic view over the Indian Ocean. The expansive resort (approximately 5 hectares), interlaced with stairs and nestled in a subtropical garden with over 200 Ayurvedic medicinal plants, is a pioneer of Ayurveda tourism: Since its inception in 1990 as India's first Ayurveda resort with Western standards, it has been awarded the title of "Best Ayurvedic Centre" ten times by the Kerala government and is NABH-certified (Ayurveda Hospital). Under European-Indian management, with many returning guests, it is ideal for health-conscious visitors seeking to experience authentic Ayurveda in its country of origin without compromising on comfort and quality. A tranquil oasis of relaxation amidst lush nature.

Kerala, the southern, tropical, evergreen, and fascinating state of India. It offers everything from palaces, traditional villages, nature reserves, and tea plantations to romantic boat rides through the Backwaters.

Dining & Leisure

Exquisite restaurant in traditional Indian style with a sun terrace and sea view. Here, guests enjoy dosha-specific, Ayurvedic vegetarian cuisine, tailored to their therapy and perfect for detoxification and weight loss. Fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices, and aromatic spices ensure light, digestible meals. South Indian, European, and Chinese specialties are available for an additional charge.

Ayurveda Center

At the Ayur Diamond certified Ayurveda Center, awarded "Best Ayurvedic Centre" 10 times, over 30 authentic treatments are administered by around 15 experienced Ayurvedic doctors and approximately 70 therapists. Each therapy is individually tailored and supported by comprehensive care; an Ayurvedic doctor is available 24/7.

In our in-house factory, about 225 Ayurvedic medicines and products are produced, regularly inspected by the state and certified according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Guests can observe the production during a demonstration.

Daily consultations with doctors are available upon request (please specify when booking). Additionally, daily yoga and meditation sessions are held in two Yoga Shalas. Private yoga sessions can be booked on request (€28 / 90 min., payable locally).

Free Time

Beautiful outdoor pool and direct access to the sea (sunbed, parasol, and towel service included). The open-air stage is the perfect spot for cultural/dance events. Relax in the open-air lounge with a traditional tea cart and herb garden.

70 cottages in a typical Indian style, located approximately 1-5 minutes from the beach - you can find a resort map under "Helpful Documents". Cottages made of natural or brick stones, Special cottages are more spacious, detached, and with sea view, either direct or from the front terrace. Deluxe cottages are bright, modern houses in prime locations with bay windows and private sun loungers. Kerala houses, up to 300 years old, have been rebuilt through elaborate restoration, each a unique piece with 2 to 4 accommodation units. Kerala Standard and more spacious Kerala Deluxe with an additional living area, sometimes separate. Sidhartha Deluxe Suite with open-air bath, living room, bedroom, and terrace with panoramic sea view. All rooms are equipped with shutters without glass and a mosquito net.
