Regeneration therapy for a more relaxed relationship with yourself and others.

• Ayurvedic, vegetarian full board (chicken or fish available on request)
• Fresh herbal tea available throughout the day (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.), water in the room
• Initial consultation with the Ayurveda doctor including pulse diagnosis, determination of doshas, and creation of your personalised treatment plan
• 25 Ayurvedic treatments per week as prescribed by the doctor, such as head, foot or full body massage with herbal oil, herbal, Ayurvedic steam or flower bath, inhalation, acupuncture, acupressure, Shirodhara oil forehead flow, nasal and colon cleansing
• 5x Yoga per week (45 min each)
• Fruit basket in your room upon arrival
• Use of bathrobes & sarongs during your therapy

• Use of outdoor pool & Wi-Fi

Travel companions without treatments are welcome and can be booked via SpaDreams. You may also book additional nights without therapy (maximum 3) with us.
