The ASTORIA Hotel & Medical Spa, comprising five interconnected buildings, is situated directly on the Teplá River, just a two-minute walk from the hot springs of the Mühlbrunn Colonnade. The sister hotel, Art Deco Wolker, features 38 rooms and suites. Meals and treatments are provided at the Astoria, approximately 300 metres away.

Located in the heart of Karlovy Vary, in a prime location directly next to the Mill Colonnade, the hotel stands as a beacon of relaxation and rejuvenation. This destination is famed for its Karlovy Vary drinking therapy and 12 mineral springs, boasting temperatures ranging from 30° to 72°C. These springs are utilised for drinking therapies, baths, and irrigations, offering a unique wellness experience.

The hotel offers a lavish breakfast buffet as well as lunch and dinner in buffet style, with water and coffee/tea included in the price. Special dietary needs are catered for, including diet, lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. Upon request, separation and reduction diets are also available. Additionally, a tea room is available where guests can sample various types of tea from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. A highlight is the cosy tea room, open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Here, you can choose from a refined selection of different teas and enjoy them in a relaxed atmosphere – perfect for a little break during your stay.

The Wellness Centre is open daily from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. It offers numerous opportunities to escape the daily grind, recharge your energy, and pamper your body and mind in an atmosphere filled with relaxation and well-being. The indoor pool (approx. 8 x 4 m) is equipped with an invigorating counter-current system, soothing massage jets, and a relaxing floor whirlpool – perfect for drifting away and letting your soul dangle. Additionally, a Finnish sauna, an aroma sauna, or the steam bath provide ultimate relaxation. Special moments are created by the three sensorial showers, which offer refreshing cool-downs through changing temperatures and scents, as well as the Kneipp path, which stimulates circulation and gives you a sense of lightness. After your wellness programme, three relaxation rooms invite you to completely unwind. Here, you will find cosy loungers and a tea maker.

The Medical Spa is available from Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Under the guidance of an experienced team of doctors, therapists, and a specialised dietitian, you will receive comprehensive care tailored to your individual needs. Our diverse range of therapy treatments includes sessions with healing thermal water. Relax with soothing underwater massages or revitalising CO2 baths, and benefit from the regenerative effects of parafango wraps, lymphatic drainage, as well as hydrojet and salt therapies. Targeted inhalations support your respiratory system, while electrotherapies and healing gas injections help boost your vitality. Additionally, therapeutic exercise, revitalising Gerovital treatments, soothing wellness massages, and drinking therapies with health-promoting thermal water are available to you.

The area surrounding the hotel is perfect for leisurely walks. Visit the Becherovka Museum for a liqueur tasting or take advantage of the numerous shopping opportunities and cafes. Annual events such as the Music Summer in June (featuring Mozart and Karlovy Vary), the International Film Festival, the Beethoven Days in August, and Dvorak's Karlovy Vary Autumn in September (an international folklore festival) offer a rich cultural diversity.
