The hotel is getting old and is in dire need of renovation

The food was great, but unfortunately there weren't any options for kids. You always have to order something extra.

The room was okay, but unfortunately everything was very old. Little things that would make a big difference, like hooks in the shower, the showerhead that's broken and just needs to be replaced A hot tub that's turned on, but there are only two people in it even though there's room for seven

No German or English spoken at the front desk. The staff was friendly but very impersonal-it felt like they were just going through the motions. The hotel is located right across from a derelict building, which is a real shame. Otherwise, it's very centrally located near the Baltic Sea.

Very, very friendly; very attentive-they kept refilling our plates during the meal, and the staff was quick to clear the table, etc.

The options that cost the least and required the least effort were offered every day: electricity, magnets, and lasers.

The pool was good, but the sauna was very basic-not very cozy or relaxing. The water wasn't refilled. The water dispenser was empty. All the showers in the women's changing room were broken. The treatments were just half-hearted. There was no peaceful atmosphere. Up to four people were crammed into a single room, separated only by partitions. Loud conversations and what were supposedly medical consultations all took place in the same room. It wasn't relaxing. The same was true for the massage: two people in a room with direct eye contact, and people constantly coming in and out of the room.
