Needs to be modernized. Bed was worn out. Smell of smoke in the hallways. Cleanliness was good. Location is great. Fitness room was very good.

Reception helpful, open, staff in the dining room and some in the spa quite unfriendly.

It must not happen that I want to lie on a lounger undressed and at the same time a man is sent past me to take a seat on the lounger next to me. That was very unpleasant. The treatments were very good for the most part. The massage by a young man helped me immensely, otherwise some were too lax, even after I mentioned my problems.

Hot food urgently needs to be healthier and more varied. Salad buffet was sufficient. There was little to no seasoning. Presentation was fine. Unfortunately, the table was cleared immediately, even if you wanted to use the cutlery and glass again or drink it empty. I often had to get everything again. On the other hand, there was rarely clutter etc. standing around on a table for a long time.

Cleanliness was good. Pool was unfortunately partially closed. The sauna could unfortunately only be used from 4pm to 9pm. The relaxation area should be relocated (passageway between pool and sauna/salt grotto). Facilities were good ;) Spa area urgently needs to be renovated. Wallpaper is falling off the walls, everything is very noisy, which made it difficult to relax.

Unfortunately, there are some clear weaknesses in this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel's location is worth mentioning: the beautiful, spacious beach is only a few minutes' walk away and is perfect for long walks. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, and there is a small grocery store directly opposite the hotel where you can get everything you need. Negatives: Communication is difficult, as Polish is spoken almost exclusively. There is hardly any knowledge of English and German is only understood to a very limited extent. Even at reception, communication is difficult. The room was very nice, but was not cleaned during our stay. Only occasionally were the garbage cans emptied and toilet paper refilled. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The entrance area makes a tidy impression - but only thanks to a vacuum/mopping robot. However, it cannot clean the stairwell, which is unfortunately noticeable.

As communication proved to be difficult - the answer to simple questions was often just "I don't understand". Unfortunately, friendliness also fell by the wayside.

The treatments in the spa area were also not coordinated with a doctor, as you would expect. Instead, a friendly member of staff asked where most of the complaints were and then ticked off the appropriate treatments. Due to the lack of communication, it was unfortunately not possible to ask questions or receive explanations about the treatments.

The food is filling, but for a 4-star hotel, the selection is rather poor and the quality is mixed. The freshly prepared waffles, crêpes and wraps are a positive highlight - you could even watch them being prepared and make your own requests, albeit usually only with hand signals or in Polish.

I liked the classic massage very much, the other treatments were OK, but assembly line processing.
