Diva Spa

This was our first trip to Poland and Kolberg. The hotel is just great, very clean and cozy. We stayed on the seventh floor and had a very nice, large room. We had half board and were very satisfied and always full, the food was varied and delicious. We found the treatments very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are particularly grateful to the chiropodist Veronika, the phisiotherapist Irina and the room attendant Larisa. The town of Kolberg is very beautiful and the proximity to the beautiful beach is perfect. We came home very satisfied and relaxed and will definitely recommend the hotel to others. I found the service from Fitreisen good. They responded quickly to my e-mail. Unfortunately, few suitable offers were suggested. I specified a price and a period. In the end, I found the right trip myself. Kolberg is a very beautiful resort town. The hotel was clean, but is quite outdated. The food could have been a bit more varied. The hot food in particular should be a bit healthier. Breakfast and dinner times were great. The service in the hotel was good. Unfortunately, many of the staff couldn't speak English and Google worked quite well. The swimming and relaxation area is great. But I only used it a little. The weather was too nice ;) Distance to the Baltic Sea approx. 5 minutes on foot. I would like to emphasize the treatments in the spa. The staff responded well to my needs and physical problems. Unfortunately, sometimes there was a lot of stress and the volume did not contribute to relaxation. I feel good and would book a trip with Fitreisen again.
