Forest Park Resort & Spa is an idyllic retreat nestled in the mountains of Świeradów-Zdrój. The rooms and apartments are located across various buildings. Comfortable rooms and spacious, family-friendly apartments ensure a restful stay. Guests can also enjoy a captivating spa area with a diverse range of treatments, an exquisite restaurant, and a thoughtfully designed children's playroom. Forest Park Resort & Spa serves as the perfect base for excursions and relaxation amidst nature.

The resort is located in the spa town of Bad Flinsberg (Świeradów-Zdrój), nestled in the Jizera Mountains and surrounded by lush nature and a stunning mountain backdrop.

Breakfast and, for half board, dinner are served buffet style. The extensive options include hot and cold beverages, meat and vegetarian dishes, cakes and desserts, as well as a children's menu.

The "Izerska" restaurant offers à la carte dishes (at an additional charge) in a relaxed mountain atmosphere in a brewery loft style. The menu features Polish classics and creative specialties. The restaurant also houses a bar with a wide and seasonal selection of cocktails, drinks, refreshing or warming beverages, and small snacks.

In the treatment rooms of the Forest SPA, tranquility, harmony, and relaxation are paramount. Indulge in soothing relaxation with treatments such as relaxing massages, refreshing and hydrating facial treatments, or a skin-smoothing scrub (at a charge). The spa is located in the main building.

From 27 June 2025, the expansive Aquapark & Wellness area with a swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and outdoor pool is expected to be completed. A children's pool will also be available. The outdoor pool is already open (during the summer, opening hours depend on the weather conditions).

The resort offers a varied activity programme and regularly hosts evening events with live music.
Seasonally and on weekends, a children's entertainment programme is also available. A kids' club is present as well.

The spa town of Bad Flinsberg is renowned for its extensive hiking trails, the region's only cable car located right at the Forest Park Resort & Spa, as well as numerous attractions and opportunities for nature excursions. The resort is also situated directly on a ski slope.
