The Forest Park Resort & Spa is an idyllic retreat nestled in the mountains of Świeradów-Zdrój. The rooms and apartments are located in various buildings, some of which are rated 4 stars. The resort is located in the spa town of Bad Flinsberg (Świeradów-Zdrój), nestled in the Jizera Mountains and surrounded by lush greenery and a stunning mountain backdrop.

Breakfast and, for half board, dinner are served buffet-style. The extensive options include hot and cold beverages, meat and vegetarian dishes, cakes and desserts, as well as a children's menu.

The "Izerska" restaurant offers à la carte dishes (at an additional cost) in a relaxed mountain atmosphere with a brewery loft style. The menu features Polish classics and creative specialties. The restaurant also houses a bar with a wide and seasonal selection of cocktails, drinks, refreshing or warming beverages, and small snacks.

At the Forest SPA, tranquility, harmony, and relaxation are paramount. Indulge in soothing relaxation with treatments such as relaxing massages, refreshing and hydrating facial treatments, or a skin-smoothing scrub (at an additional cost). The spa is located in the main building.

The expansive Aquapark & Wellness area, featuring a swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and outdoor pool, opened in June 2025 (open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., access for ages 16 and up from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.). A children's pool is also available. The outdoor pool is open during the summer months, weather permitting.

The resort offers a varied activity programme and regularly hosts evening events with live music.
Seasonally and on weekends, a children's entertainment programme is also available. A kids' club is present as well.

The spa town of Bad Flinsberg is renowned for its extensive hiking trails, the region's only cable car located right at the Forest Park Resort & Spa, as well as numerous attractions and opportunities for nature excursions. The resort is also situated directly on a ski slope.
