Alkaline Fasting according to Wacker®

Enjoy alkaline fasting to recharge with new energy and consciously regenerate. This gentle fasting method combines mindful eating with relaxation, exercise, and alpine nature. During your alkaline fasting therapy, you will enjoy exclusively alkaline-metabolizing, natural foods. Fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, aromatic herbs, sprouts, high-quality seeds, and selected neutral oils form the basis. Burdensome indulgences such as meat, dairy products, sugar, alcohol, and heavily processed foods are consistently avoided during the therapy.

Immerse yourself in a wonderful world for body and soul. Swim leisurely in the indoor pool (12 x 5.8 m) at a comfortable 28°C. Sun loungers are available for relaxation afterwards. A Finnish sauna complements the offerings. Take a break and treat yourself! A bathrobe can be rented for a fee (approx. €2/day).

The fitness and sports room (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.) is equipped with modern training equipment. Two ergometers, two steppers, a treadmill, and a rowing machine offer you the opportunity to push your limits and strengthen your endurance. For strength training, various Technogym machines are available, including a multifunctional tower and a multipower strength machine.
The diverse fitness and relaxation program includes approximately 36 sessions per week, with 13 different options. Back fitness and QiGong are just a small excerpt from this. The team consists of qualified trainers with years of experience. Take the opportunity to learn new training methods and improve proven ones.
