Your Spa Destination

In the southwest of Poland, amidst the Jizera Mountains, lies the spa town of Bad Flinsberg (Swieradów Zdrój). The local carbonated and iron-rich healing springs have been used for drinking therapies and brine baths for more than 100 years.

Dining & Leisure

Buffet breakfast and dinner. National and international dishes are offered, as well as diets upon request. Also available are vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free options. With full board, lunch is served as a 3-course menu. Bar.

Wellness & Spa

(Open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.) Pool with massage jets, whirlpool (indoor and outdoor), gym, saunas, relaxation area with loungers and a view of the stunning mountain scenery. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., sauna and outdoor whirlpool open daily from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Health & Treatments

The in-house therapy and rehabilitation center spans approximately 1,000 sqm and features modern treatment rooms designed to provide comprehensive and high-quality care. The center is open Monday to Friday from about 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with appointments also available upon request. A team of specialists and therapists is dedicated to a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, respiratory, and cardiovascular diseases. A broad spectrum of treatment options is available, tailored to your individual needs. These include oxygen or radon inhalations, partial massages, carbon dioxide baths, magnetic field therapy, mud packs, and many other forms of therapy.

Entertainment programme e.g., with dance evenings. Playroom for children. Mountain biking or alpine skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. Hiking and cycling trails.
