Hotel Era is located about 600 m from the city center. The cable car to Heufuder is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. Internet PC in the lobby. Safe at the reception. Elevator up to the 3rd floor.

Your Spa Town

In the heart of the Jizera Mountains, one of the most beautiful landscapes of Silesia, at the tri-border area of Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, lies the charming radon spa town of Bad Flinsberg (Świeradów Zdrój). Located on the eastern slope of Heufuder and by the Queis river, the town has been recognized as a spa resort since the 17th century. Due to the foehn situation, there is a moderate stimulating climate, which brings gentle and relieving influences. The natural remedies include mineral-rich healing springs, radon, and therapeutic mud.

Dining & Leisure

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form. Lunch as a menu or buffet. All meals feature seasonal and traditional Polish specialties. In summer, you can also enjoy your meals on the terrace with mountain views. Gluten-free and lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, and diabetic meals available upon request. Café, bar.

Health & Treatments

Our hotel boasts a modern spa, wellness, and therapy department available Monday to Friday, featuring an infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, steam sauna, private graduation tower (12x5 meters, open only during the summer season), cryosauna, and tubs with hydromassage function. Treatments such as mud packs, classic partial body massage, inhalation, interference therapy, ultrasound, and pearl baths are available. Full body massage, lymphatic drainage massage, floating capsule, and shockwave therapy device are available for an additional fee. Our team of therapists also offers personalised rehabilitation gymnastics, aerobics, and Nordic walking.

Mineral water treatments are conducted at the Therapy Center in the heart of Bad Flinsberg, approximately 1 km away. The healing water comes from seven radon water sources with varying mineral content. It is rich in magnesium and calcium, providing the body with essential minerals.

The hotel has 35 comfortable rooms. Best price on the 4th floor with sloping ceilings and without balcony/terrace, with shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, Wi-Fi. Standard (approx. 20 sqm) with balcony or terrace and beautiful views of Heufuder or Bad Flinsberg, suites (approx. 28 sqm), superior (approx. 35 sqm) are more luxurious and with beautiful daylight bathroom. SGL are DBL for single use.

It was a very nice vacation. The hotel was very nice. Food super ☺️

The vacation was good, but unfortunately the power went out twice. I was locked in the elevator.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, not far from the center, ideal for hiking. The staff is very helpful and nice in all areas. Wellness area very recommendable. The masseuse is mega! The pool is great! Only the dinner was not so tasty, little choice. Next time, only breakfast
