We enjoyed our stay-friendly service, good food, great spa facilities, and not far from the city center.

Pros: Ideal for tennis enthusiasts; a very nice restaurant right next to the tennis court. Excellent dinner. Slippers and bathrobes are included in the service-which is also very convenient. Clean rooms. A refrigerator is also provided. Close to the city center and the Kolonada with its water features. Highly recommended to visit. Cons: Breakfast could offer more variety. The wellness area is quite small; there's no way to swim unless you're alone in the hot tub (which is rarely possible because there are too many guests). There's hardly any space at the front desk-just two chairs. New guests have to stand by the entrance stairs and wait... The rooms are okay; unfortunately, ours didn't have a balcony, so it was a bit of a hassle to get our swimwear dry quickly. Good thing we each had three bikinis/swimsuits :) A disaster: There were way too many wasps in the area; you could barely sit on the restaurant terrace, and even inside, the wasps were everywhere. They'll give you fly swatters upon request, but they don't help. Spray bottles would have been better, since wasps don't like rain or water. Drinks with dinner are extra and not included in the half-board plan. Note: Most payments in the country are expected to be made in Czech crowns, not euros. It's best to pay with a credit card in Czech korunas (not in euros!). The exchange rate there is pretty unfavorable. However, you'll need cash for public transportation and taxis. You might want to exchange money in advance in Germany and compare exchange rates.
