Marienbad - world-renowned like many of its guests, from Franz Kafka to Johann Wolfgang von Goethe and Emperor Franz Joseph. This traditional spa town, nestled in a south-facing valley with a mild climate, was founded in 1818 by Karl Kaspar Reitenberger, the abbot of the Tepla Abbey, and is rich in mineral springs, natural gases, and peat. The clean air, abundant forests, and pleasant altitude create optimal conditions for a therapeutic and restorative stay.

AYURVEDA CENTER Ayurvedic doctors and a team of therapists from Sri Lanka, along with an Ayurvedic chef, will guide you through the Ayurveda programmes. Treat yourself to special Ayurvedic treatments and be pampered by trained therapists from Sri Lanka. Massages and baths become an extraordinary experience filled with exotic scents of precious oils. I feel recovered, treatments were of very different quality, physiotherapy, massage, good, dedicated staff, magnetic therapy, lymphatic drainage, staff seemed bored, only paid attention to cell phone, etc. I really liked the new manager, she took care of the guests and was present. good!

Unfortunately, not enough emphasis was placed on the food and the overall arrangement. A trained Aryuveda chef and a better ambience for the food were missing, but the treatment team is first class
