The thermal swimming pools are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., offering barrel whirlpools, hydromassage beds, cervical waterfalls, geysers, and a Kneipp path. The two pools (indoor and outdoor) are connected directly through a water passage. The thermal water is renowned for its healing properties, especially for respiratory and rheumatic ailments, as well as joint pain. Water aerobics classes are available five days a week. Swimming caps are mandatory in the thermal swimming pool (available for rent at the reception for €3 (approx. UK £2.60 / USD $3.20)).

The approximately 3,170 sqm Ephira Wellness Centre is easily accessible from the hotel via an elevated walkway and offers a wide range of therapies, massages, and facial and body treatments. Roman and Finnish saunas, whirlpools, and Turkish baths provide regenerative moments, while experienced therapists use oils to relieve tension and enhance circulation. Available treatments include relaxing and sculpting massages, lymphatic drainage, Ayurveda, hot stone therapy, shiatsu, sports and reflexology massages, and much more. Only high-quality natural products are used.
