Large pool, ideal for swimming and getting enough exercise. Treatments were great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room also had everything we needed. You could go for great walks in the surrounding area. From the hotel it was possible to get to most of the drinking spa colonnades immediately.

The whole team at the hotel was helpful and very friendly.

It was as delicious as at home. The dishes were offered in different variations. So everyone could find something to suit them.

We only had one massage. It was a nice relaxing massage. We also went to the swimming pool once, the water was a bit cool for me personally. But steam bath in the pool area and sauna separately for men and women gave enough warmth.

The hotel was great, service first class, nice, friendly reception, the rooms very clean, attractively furnished, the room service excellent! Likewise the service in the restaurant! The daily selection of dishes was to everyone's taste, the main course could be chosen and was brought to the table. I also really liked the massage/wellness offers. Visually: the hotel is a gem! A beautiful indoor pool (with windows), thermal water, whirlpool - which also offered the option of going outside to the sun loungers in the park. The park and the view of Karlovy Vary is beautiful. The hotel is located in the countryside on a hill. It takes approx. 10 minutes to walk directly to the colonnades with the drinking fountains. As a shortcut, you can also get to the Bristol Palace from the inside, through the main building, without climbing.

The staff were very friendly and answered queries and concerns immediately. The service in the restaurant was extremely friendly and courteous.

I had not booked a healing therapy, so no treatments. I booked the massages individually. They were very relaxing. I had bought 5 treatments. The staff in the massage area were also extremely friendly, competent and courteous.

I had breakfast (buffet) and dinner (starter/dessert buffet, fruit) - there was a wide selection of drinks and food. The main course could be chosen in advance from several options and was brought to the table. The buffet was always replenished. They even served me a cake as a surprise for my birthday - very nice!

Very well organized, free towels with visitors, very clean shower cubicles, toilets, changing rooms. Always someone there at reception. Thermal water pool. Swimming pool with massage effects and a whirlpool. Very relaxing.
