The resort's healthy Ayurvedic cuisine has been awarded for its quality and authenticity. Meals are tailored to your dosha type and feature fresh ingredients, local herbs, and aromatic spices—many from our own garden. In addition to Ayurvedic meals, you can also enjoy international or purely vegetarian dishes upon request. In the afternoon, a high tea with small Ayurvedic snacks by the riverside offers a relaxing experience amidst nature. Tea and other Ayurvedic herbal drinks are available throughout the day to enhance the effectiveness of the therapy. The open dining area with a view of the greenery creates a calm, casual atmosphere for mindful indulgence.

In the expansive Ayurveda Center, featuring 16 treatment rooms, 5 steam baths, 4 herbal baths, and its own Ayurveda pharmacy, an experienced team of 2 Ayurveda doctors and 10 therapists awaits you. With the goal of correcting the imbalance of your doshas to realign body, mind, and spirit, treatments and diets are tailored specifically for you. Enjoy relaxation, detoxification, and rejuvenation with facial, head, foot, and full-body massages, herbal and steam baths, Shirodhara oil forehead flow, eye, ear, and nasal cleansing, along with other therapies as prescribed. Yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation contribute to mental and spiritual balance. Ayurvedic cooking classes and lectures on herbal and Ayurvedic teachings complete the offerings.
