The yoga classes are led by Susann Grapentin, a highly certified yoga instructor with extensive experience, who supports you on your journey towards greater balance, strength, and relaxation. The styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Chakra, and Yin Yoga are employed. The programme is individually supervised and is thus suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Friday 4:30-6:30 p.m.: A yoga session to settle in. Gentle, mindful bodywork is followed by powerful, meditatively flowing asanas that connect breath and movement. The session concludes with the balancing breathing exercise Pranayama.
Saturday 8:00-9:30 a.m.: The day begins with a shaking meditation, allowing you to let go of the heaviness of the night. This is followed by grounding and stabilizing Hatha positions, soothing breathing exercises, and final relaxation.
Saturday 4:00-6:00 p.m.: A yoga break based on the 7-chakra teaching to bring all energy centres into harmony. Grounding meditation for inner stability, followed by a yoga session incorporating elements from Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. The session ends with a guided energy body journey that gently balances all chakras, leaving you relaxed and empowered.

A year-round heated outdoor pool (5x10 m, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.) nestled in a secluded garden, hosting Aquafit sessions twice a week. Adjacent to the pool, enjoy the Finnish garden sauna with a panoramic front. Access to the pool and panoramic sauna is through the Wellness Oasis Wonnewiek (approx. 200 sqm), featuring a steam sauna (approx. 45°C), a dry sauna (from approx. 75°C), and an infrared cabin (approx. 50°C). The Dreamwater Lounge (Hydro Jet Massage), a relaxing massage bed, eases muscles after sports activities and relieves tension (approx. €8 per treatment). For relaxation, the sun terrace, a lawn in the park, and the fireplace lounge are available.

The session concludes with a guided energy body journey that gently balances all chakras, relaxing and strengthening the body.

Explore the highlights of the Isle of Rügen, including the Granitz Hunting Lodge, stroll through Baltic Sea resorts like Binz or Sellin and the numerous other seaside towns. The chalk cliffs of Rügen - the island's 'white gold' - have attracted nature lovers and romantics for centuries. A visit to Cape Arkona and the Mönchgut Nature Reserve is a must. The hotel offers bicycle and e-bike rentals for a fee.
