Our yoga classes are led by Susann Grapentin, a highly certified yoga instructor with years of experience and a deep passion for mindful movement. She has guided thousands of yoga hours, helping individuals on their personal journeys towards greater balance, strength, and relaxation. The styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Chakra, and Yin Yoga are employed. The programme is individually tailored, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Please arrive on time to join the introductory session!
Friday 4:30-6:30 p.m.: A yoga retreat to ease your arrival. You will experience a soothing combination of mindful bodywork, flowing movement, and deep relaxation. Initially, the focus is on body awareness, creating space to fully arrive in the moment. In gentle exercises, you may rediscover your body and feel how you reconnect with it more consciously.
In the active part of the session, we connect breath and movement. Sometimes powerful, sometimes meditative, we flow through the asanas. As you focus entirely on your body, thoughts quieten and daily life fades into the background. With a balancing breathing exercise - Pranayama - we then return to calmness and gently slide into the final relaxation with a guided body journey.

Saturday 8:00-9:30 a.m.: Look forward to a balanced yoga practice that helps you start the day feeling fresh, energized, yet calm. It begins with a shaking meditation, allowing you to let go of the night's heaviness. With newfound lightness, we move into grounding and stabilizing Hatha positions and flow joyfully through the Vinyasas. To conclude this morning practice, we gift ourselves a moment of conscious calm with a soothing breathing exercise before we glide into the final relaxation in silence.
Saturday 4:00-6:00 p.m.: A yoga retreat for body, mind, and soul in harmony. This practice is based on the 7-chakra theory and invites you to bring all energy centres into harmony. We start with a grounding meditation, focusing particularly on the root chakra to create space for inner stability. Next, you'll experience a harmonious blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga that captures and makes the unique aspects of each chakra tangible. Powerful sequences alternate with quiet and still positions - creating a balanced practice that equally addresses body and mind. The soothing conclusion is a guided energy body journey that gently balances all chakras, leaving you relaxed and empowered.

3 Yoga Sessions (total 5.5 hours), supported by breathing and movement exercises, meditation, shaking meditation, relaxation exercises, body journey, and energy body journey.

The central island location of the hotel allows for quick access to numerous exploration tours and attractions on the island. The charm of Rügen includes a variety of experiences. You can quickly reach the sea, the treetop path at Prora, and the Mönchgut nature reserve.

Dining & Leisure

A varied and rich breakfast buffet with a strong emphasis on local products - truly 100% Rügen! The Fienhuus restaurant with its sun terrace offers sophisticated cuisine with a regional focus, including freshly caught seafood. Half board is available either as a buffet or as a 3-course menu (at the chef's choice). À la carte is available daily (kitchen closes at 9 p.m.), and reservations are recommended. The evening can be enjoyed at the hotel bar.

A year-round heated outdoor pool (5x10 m, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.), where Aquafit sessions are held twice weekly. Adjacent to the pool, the Finnish garden sauna with a panoramic front awaits you. Access to the pool and panoramic sauna is through the Wellness Oasis Wonnewiek (approx. 200 sqm), featuring a steam sauna (approx. 45°C), a dry sauna (from approx. 75°C), and an infrared cabin (approx. 50°C). The Dreamwater Lounge (Hydro Jet Massage), a relaxing massage bed, eases muscles after sports activities and relieves tension (approx. €8 per treatment). For relaxation, the sun terrace, a lawn in the park, and the fireplace lounge are available.
Numerous cosmetic treatments and massages are available, such as body and facial treatments and wraps - preferably using regional products like sea salt, sea buckthorn oil, and Rügen healing chalk, as well as anti-aging treatments, manicures, pedicures, partial and full body massages, as well as Abhyanga and Lomi Lomi Nui. A visit to Cape Arkona and the Mönchsgut Nature Reserve should not be missed. The hotel rents bicycles and e-bikes for a fee.
