The spa town of Zwiesel is the perfect starting point for excursions, hikes, and bike rides into the Bavarian Forest National Park. Due to its centuries-old tradition of glassblowing, Zwiesel is also known as the "City of Glass".

Dining & Drinks

In the main restaurant with a south-facing terrace and a splendid view over the Zwiesel Valley, your day starts with a varied breakfast. From 7 to 11 a.m., expect fresh bread and rolls, homemade muesli, egg dishes, and numerous products from local and regional producers. In the evening, as part of the half board, the kitchen team delights you with a seasonal 4-course choice menu (also available as a buffet). Classic ingredients of German cuisine meet modern influences and regional as well as seasonal specialties. Additionally, an afternoon cake selection is available in the main restaurant. The elegant hotel bar (open Sun-Thurs until 10 p.m., Fri-Sat until midnight) with cosy armchairs, leather sofas, an open fireplace, and soft music invites you to a relaxed end to the day. In fine weather, enjoy your aperitif, a glass of Prosecco, or selected spirits at sunset on the rooftop terrace with a view of nature. For excursions, the hotel prepares a balanced lunch package upon request for a fee. Orders can be placed until 8 p.m. the evening before.

3000m² SPA area (open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.) featuring a heated indoor pool with a view of the greenery, various saunas (e.g., Finnish sauna at 194°F), steam bath (122°F), infrared cabin, relaxation rooms, and a sunbathing lawn. Unique sauna village nestled within the hotel's own forest with various saunas and relaxation spots (with private access via the hotel's sun terrace, weather-dependent). The hotel has a very nice location. great view of the Zwiesel valley. our room had this view(almost all rooms). A beautiful indoor pool, with sauna, etc. has invited to swim. For breakfast a very great and good buffet. The staff has tried to fulfill every wish.
