Friederiken Therme

A bathrobe passage connects the hotel to the Friederiken Therme, featuring sulphur and brine water, open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The spa boasts indoor and outdoor pools with 3% brine, a spring pool with 5% brine, cascade pools, and therapy pools. A lavish sauna area includes a rose aroma sauna with rose quartz stones (65°C), Hainich sauna (80°C), steam baths, and an infrared cabin (45°C) indoors, as well as a wood-fired earth sauna (110°C), event sauna (90°C), and panoramic sauna (90°C) in the sauna garden. Refresh yourself afterwards in the plunge pool, sensorial shower world, and foot baths. For relaxation, enjoy the whirlpool, rest rooms with spa loungers and water beds, and the open-air wall to the sauna garden.

Free Time

Discover the spa and rose city of Bad Langensalza and the adjacent UNESCO World Heritage Wartburg Hainich region by bike or on foot. Enjoy a spectacular panoramic view over the "primeval forest" of the Hainich National Park from the 540 m long treetop walk. Bicycle rental available at the tourist office (for a fee). Explore the nearby cities of Mühlhausen, Eisenach, and Erfurt.
