In this package, we offer you the so-called "intermittent fasting" with the 16/8 method - here you count hours, not calories, and can still enjoy your favourite dishes. With this intermittent fasting plan, you abstain from food for 16 hours and then can eat to your heart's content for 8 hours. Find your own rhythm and let your soul unwind, perhaps during a hike in beautiful nature.
