At Hotel Kriváň, you can enjoy multiple restaurants with pre-reserved seating throughout your stay. Breakfast is served buffet-style. For lunch and dinner, choose from a daily changing menu featuring six main dishes, prepared according to the principles of the Czech dietary system (gentle, low-fat, diabetic). These diets represent certain restrictions in food and drink choices and preparation. Upon request, other special diets can be provided after consultation with a dietary therapist. The offering is complemented by a salad buffet.

The hotel features an indoor pool (12 x 5 meters, approximately 82-88°F), accessible for a fee. The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and an underwater massage bench. Additional amenities include an infrared and a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and an ice chamber for cooling down after sauna sessions. A salt grotto is also available. For further relaxation, enjoy treatments such as lava stone massages, reflexology, and the Haslauer Soft-Pack system. Hairdressing and pedicure services are also available.

The hotel's balneotherapy department is open Monday to Friday (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and Sundays (7 a.m. - 12 p.m.), offering a variety of thermal water therapies including pearl, CO2, whirlpool, and peat bath treatments. Additional services include acupressure, reflexology massages, parafango, paraffin, pneumopuncture, lymphatic drainage, and electro-, magnet-, and oxygen therapies. Remedial gymnastics, Scottish showers, and inhalation therapies are also available. Medical care is provided, and there is a 24-hour nursing service. An essential part of every therapy stay is the drinking cure prescribed by a doctor. The water from Karlovy Vary is among the most effective mineral waters for treating the digestive tract.

Karlsbad, along with 11 other European spa towns, has been added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. Karlsbad boasts 5 colonnades and 2 pavilions with mineral springs, from which over 80 springs emerge, 15 of which are used for drinking therapies. The hottest spring, Vřídlo, reaches 72°C and sprays up to a height of 12m. Thanks to its high mineral content, various souvenirs are also produced from it. With the KV Card, you can not only visit the underworld but also a variety of museums, galleries, and churches. Notable museums include the House of Becherovka, Moser Glassworks, Thun Porcelain Manufactory, the Imperial Baths, the Karlsbad City Museum, and much more. The surrounding forests offer a range of hiking trails where you can discover lookout towers or forest pavilions. Throughout the year, various concerts take place, either in the theatre or in the imperial baths. In summer, regular concerts by the Karlsbad Symphony Orchestra are held in the colonnade.
