The resort is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci on the Etruscan coast of Tuscany's Livorno province, nestled within a vast pine forest directly by the sea. The surroundings are characterised by wide sandy beaches, Mediterranean scrubland, and a pristine coastal landscape-perfect for relaxing days by the sea and long, scenic walks. From the panoramic terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, including Capraia, Corsica, and Elba on clear days. Inland, the historic town of Castagneto Carducci invites you to explore its medieval alleys, castle, and picturesque vistas over the countryside. The region is also renowned for its wine culture. In the nearby coastal towns of San Vincenzo and Cecina Mare, you can embark on boat trips and excursions to the archipelago's islands. Nature lovers will discover protected landscapes and nature reserves along the coast, while water sports such as sailing, surfing, and diving offer exciting variety. The Tuscan cultural cities of Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are also ideal for day trips.

The gastronomy features four restaurants, each offering a unique atmosphere and a delightful variety of culinary experiences. At the heart of the cuisine are traditional Tuscan dishes, Mediterranean specialities, and international favourites, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The Coral Restaurant (150 indoor seats, 100 outdoor seats) is the centrepiece of the culinary offering, complemented by a selection of national and international wines. The Sea Terrace boasts stunning views of the sea and gardens, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch or a sunset aperitif. The Beach Restaurant, located right on the shore, serves light meals and seafood specialities, while the Pool Bar provides refreshing drinks and tempting snacks by the outdoor pool. The Le Vele American Bar invites you to unwind and end your day with a relaxing aperitif. Vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free dishes are also available upon request.

The resort is recognised as one of Italy's premier thalassotherapy centres, operating in accordance with the standards set by the international organisation France Thalasso (the French umbrella association for thalassotherapy quality standards). Seawater is sourced approximately 900 metres off the coast, carefully processed for treatments to preserve its purity, mineral richness, and natural composition. The highlight is the Thalasso Path, which winds through an atmospheric grotto landscape: five pools with varying temperatures of seawater create a harmonious interplay of warmth and coolness, relaxation and gentle stimulation. The journey begins with a pool at around 32°C, inviting you to move calmly in the water and preparing your muscles for the path ahead. This is followed by cooler and warmer water experiences inspired by the Kneipp method, enhanced with water jets and counter-current flows for a blend of water massage and movement. The finale is a pool at approximately 35°C with high salinity and underwater music-a magical spot to simply drift and unwind. Allow around three hours for the entire Thalasso Path: about two hours in the pools and an additional hour in the relaxation area, which features a Finnish sauna, steam bath, aromatic showers, salt wall, and herbal tea lounge. Complementing the path, the spa offers a wide range of treatments: algae applications for skin hydration and remineralisation, marine mud treatments for joints and muscles, thalasso body rituals, and classic beauty treatments. The natural power of the sea-mineral salts, trace elements, algae, and mud-unfolds its full effect: stimulating circulation, activating metabolism, and encouraging the body's self-healing abilities.

The resort features several indoor and outdoor pools, including two outdoor pools and five indoor pools in the thalasso area, all heated with seawater. The Gazebo Pool Bar is designed to complete your all-round wellness experience by the pool, offering refreshing drinks and light snacks without ever having to leave your sun lounger.

The private stretch of beach lies directly in front of the hotel on a wide, fine sandy shoreline, providing the perfect setting for relaxing moments by the sea. At the Hospitality Desk, you will be warmly welcomed, receive your beach towels, and be shown to your reserved spot. A restaurant with sea view and a beach bar invite you to indulge right by the water. Thanks to a convenient QR code, you can easily order and have food and drinks delivered directly to your sunshade. There is also plenty of activity on offer: SUP, surfing, and canoeing are available free of charge. For barrier-free beach access, a JoB beach wheelchair is available upon request. From mid-June to mid-September, a daily yoga class is held on the beach with a qualified instructor (on request, for a fee).
