Classic Panchakarma Therapy
This therapy is perfectly designed to combine deep relaxation with sustainable health care during your stay. Following a comprehensive initial examination including a dosha analysis, an Ayurvedic doctor will create a personalised treatment plan for you, which is monitored and adjusted through regular follow-up consultations. Over the course of two weeks, expect about four tailored treatments daily, specifically aimed at enhancing your well-being and health. Ayurveda Center
The in-house Ayurveda Center features six treatment rooms for your Ayurvedic treatments. Selected treatments, such as foot or facial massages, can also be conducted in the garden upon request. A skilled team of two Ayurvedic doctors (specializing in Panchakarma and acupuncture among others) and nine experienced therapists will accompany you throughout your stay. Only high-quality, certified Ayurvedic products are used for all treatments. The Ayurvedic doctors are available daily for guests and can be consulted at any time upon request. Your therapy stay begins with a comprehensive initial diagnosis, including determination of doshas, pulse diagnosis, and medical history. Based on this, a personalized treatment plan is created, specifically aimed at optimizing your therapy success. Regular medical consultations during the treatment provide opportunities for questions and adjustments to the treatment plan.
Yoga
