The location of the hotel close to the beach, the medical SPA and the tasteful furnishings of the rooms were decisive factors in our choice of this hotel, as were the photos in the catalog compared to other hotels. Overall, however, we were a little disappointed when we arrived, as everything is much smaller than it looks in the photos. The immediate surroundings also take some getting used to, but I've experienced worse in Thailand. It's also Poland. The service in the spa was excellent, and the treatments, especially the massages, were fantastic! However, the rest of the hotel's service team needs to be taught to be more friendly. However, the food was sometimes bordering on unreasonable. Dry bread rolls, toast without a toaster, hardly any wholemeal, and unfortunately the "hot" breakfast was usually too cold. Even at 8:00 in the morning. The staff in the restaurant are unfortunately not very well trained either, you had to be very careful not to have your plates snatched away when you went to get your coffee, for example... Putting the cutlery down as an X was no use... Then in the evening a selection of dishes, the composition of which was often not clear to us, here too everything was lukewarm and mostly quite bland... We "kept our heads above water" with fruit and muesli for breakfast and good salads and fried potatoes in the evening. Supposedly the cuisine was much better last year (2024). The cakes for dessert were very good though, which really made up for something! The beach was beautiful, we were also very lucky with the weather and had sensational walks on the beach, on the last Saturday even with snow, blue skies and sunshine. In the afternoon the hot water pool, steam room and jacuzzi were also nice, during the week it was very pleasant, but then it got very crowded at the weekend. Overall, however, we enjoyed our "Sleep - SPA Relax - Beach - Repeat - Women's Vacation", and considering the price, we were able to overlook a lot of things and are even thinking about going back in the spring, especially as the bus journey from Berlin is really easy.

The hotel we traveled to for the 5th time is very inclusive of food and service.
